Standards Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage high-visibility, controversial, or politically sensitive projects with general supervision
• Apply department policies and procedures to new situations to drive results
• Utilize project management strategies to proactively identify delays and offer solutions
• Maintain high-quality documentation while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to build credibility
• Lead others and provide training on specific processes as necessary
• Adhere to the company Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security practices

Requirements

• University degree plus four years of directly related experience
• Proven ability to log, track, and provide status reports for various projects
• Strong multi-project management skills
• Demonstrated leadership and training capabilities
• Proficiency in operating various software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all project phases
