Stamping Simulation Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Master simulation tools by gaining autonomy in AutoForm to conduct finite element stamping simulations
• Perform feasibility and formability analyses, evaluating material behavior such as thinning, wrinkling, and springback
• Optimize designs (DFM) by identifying manufacturing constraints and proposing geometric modifications to ensure mass production compatibility
• Automate processes by developing scripts or using native AutoForm features to generate study reports
• Integrate internal AI tools to optimize simulation predictions and accelerate geometric convergence phases
• Draft clear, structured technical reports in English and provide technical support to international project teams and factories

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a License, Master, or Engineering degree
• Specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or Metallurgy
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Catia or SolidWorks
• English language proficiency at a B1 level
• Knowledge of cutting or stamping processes is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or academic interest in numerical modeling and finite element analysis
• Interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to industrial manufacturing processes
