Responsibilities
- Ensure the stall functions according to company standards
- Manage the sales process, including product display, quality, and availability
- Provide professional customer service and build client relationships
- Achieve defined business goals
- Organize and supervise team work
- Contribute to the MAKRO brand image as a customer-friendly company
- Comply with health and safety (BHP) requirements
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and engagement in daily customer interaction
- Minimum secondary education
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team organization
- Reliability, honesty, and openness to change
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of English
- Readiness for physical work
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
