About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the stall functions according to company standards, including proper product display
- Organize and supervise the team's work
- Represent the company in contact with customers and suppliers through professional service
- Cooperate in building the MAKRO image as a customer-friendly company
- Comply with health and safety (BHP) requirements
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and commitment to daily customer service
- Minimum secondary education
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Experience in organizing team work
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Readiness for physical work
- Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift operator license
- Basic knowledge of MMS program (for internal candidates)
