Stainless Steel Welder

Responsibilities

• Perform manual welding of pump housings
• Operate and learn to control welding robot cells
• Maintain high quality standards and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Work collaboratively within a team of 21 employees in the CP department
• Take shared responsibility for safety and a positive work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in the metal industry, preferably with stainless steel
• Valid welding certificates
• Basic IT user-level knowledge
• Physical fitness to handle manual labor tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as a flexible team player
• Strong focus on quality and reliability
