• Welcome customers according to Group procedures (smile, availability, conviviality, and courtesy)
• Ensure customer satisfaction levels meet Barrière Group and LQA standards
• Set up and organize work tools and stations
• Maintain service equipment in impeccable condition
• Clear and clean tables quickly following service flow and activity
