About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes to diagnose inefficiencies and identify improvement points in component procurement and partner interactions
- Optimize processes by simplifying and streamlining administrative tasks using advanced analysis and decision-support tools
- Support change management by assisting operational teams and partners in adopting new methods and eliminating low-value tasks
- Monitor performance by developing and deploying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Requirements
- Engineering degree with a focus on Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- Highly autonomous, organized, rigorous, and proactive mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and creativity
