Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to diagnose inefficiencies and identify improvement points in component procurement and partner interactions
• Optimize processes by simplifying and streamlining administrative tasks using advanced analysis and decision-support tools
• Support change management by assisting operational teams and partners in adopting new methods and eliminating low-value tasks
• Monitor performance by developing and deploying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Requirements

• Engineering degree with a focus on Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Highly autonomous, organized, rigorous, and proactive mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and creativity
