Stagiaire Ingénieur - Amélioration Continue SAV

Responsibilities

• Map after-sales service processes including reception, diagnosis, repair, control, and shipping
• Analyze processing times and identify improvement levers such as bottlenecks, reworks, and waiting periods
• Participate in Lean projects aimed at smoothing flows and reducing lead times
• Deploy continuous improvement tools such as 5S, visual management, and work standards
• Monitor and stabilize performance indicators regarding delays, quality, and productivity
• Contribute to the reduction of non-quality issues and customer returns
• Support watchmaking teams in adopting best practices
• Formalize processes and documentation, including standards and operating procedures

Requirements

• Currently an engineering student specializing in Production, Quality, or Supply Chain
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate actively
