Responsibilities

• Support the optimization of data reconciliation processes for insured members in collaboration with HR and external providers
• Contribute to digitalization projects, including the development of digital forms and a secure online portal for members
• Assist in the administrative processing of files and member status changes
• Monitor fund managers and the depositary bank
• Perform quality control on benefits calculated by external service providers to ensure compliance
• Manage the filing and archiving of active and retired member records, including electronic document management
• Support annual closing activities, specifically reconciliations between management and accounting
• Assist with communication initiatives, including reports, ESG reporting, and intranet updates

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Master's degree in HEC (Management, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Management Information Systems, etc.) or an Engineering degree
• Strong interest in the second pillar (LPP) and pension fund management
• Highly rigorous, analytical, and structured with a client-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in French and a good command of English
• Mastery of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of working effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of LPP management (administration, investments)
• Proficiency in programming languages or AI tools
