Responsibilities

• Manage packaging tasks in accordance with GMP, EHS, and HR rules to meet internal production objectives
• Perform basic maintenance, equipment setup, and troubleshooting for packaging lines
• Monitor downtime, setup times, and batch changes, recording yields using dedicated forms and registers
• Ensure product quality and safety compliance during the packaging process according to SOPs
• Pack products accurately, verifying correct sizes and components while maintaining attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and changing components for product transitions
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and managers to maintain constant production flow

Requirements

• Baccalauréat or equivalent level of education
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules
• High level of reliability, meticulousness, and attention to detail
• Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to lift loads up to 12 kilograms
