Stage Manager, Show Operations

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global team to plan, develop, and execute new theatrical shows at the Resort
• Oversee daily entertainment operations within the Theme Park and Resort Hotels
• Manage day-to-day schedules, work orders, and requisitions for the entertainment team
• Call cues for shows, events, and parades as assigned
• Assist Show Directors, Choreographers, and Dance Captains with show maintenance, including brush-up rehearsals and contingency planning
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Show Support, Costuming, and Park Operations to ensure smooth daily operations
• Enforce brand integrity and assist in updating operating guidelines
• Provide people management and support during development, installation, and rehearsal stages

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in stage/entertainment production or production management
• Proven problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple productions in a fast-paced environment
• General knowledge of technical theatre
• Fluency in English and Cantonese

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts, Technical Theater, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of scenic issues
• Proficiency in Mandarin
