About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate event details to the production crew and all relevant in-house departments
- Manage members of the production crew and greenroom staff
- Ensure bands have all required items needed to perform their shows
- Supervise the load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment
- Document disciplinary issues within the production crew and report to the Production Manager
- Execute artist settlement per contract post-show
- Enforce all in-house policies regarding staging, safety, and show protocol
Requirements
- 3 years minimum of Tour and Stage Production experience
- Experience with stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems
- Proficiency in Windows applications
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and make clear decisions under pressure
- Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels
Preferred Qualifications
- College Degree
