Stage Hands - Loaders

Responsibilities

• Perform load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment
• Assist audio and lighting crews with cabling, fixtures, microphones, and stands
• Manage stage setup, including band set changes and maintaining stage cleanliness
• Maintain and secure house backline, supplies, curtains, drapes, and risers
• Coordinate event details, guest lists, and required passes under the direction of the Stage Manager
• Handle venue signage, including hanging banners and updating marquees
• Perform maintenance and repair on sound, light, and stage equipment
• Operate spotlights if required and assist with special event operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Tour and Stage Production experience
• Hands-on experience with stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• High School Diploma
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
