Staff/Senior Staff Engineer - Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of characterization deliverables from the design phase through to production
• Perform post-silicon debug and characterization of ICW products
• Collaborate with Design and Test engineers to ensure correlation between ATE and simulation environments
• Develop ATE characterization programs and interact with Test, Design, and Foundry engineers across multiple sites
• Own productivity targets including yield, test coverage, and test time
• Drive data analysis for characterization, qualification, and early production data
• Improve data analysis capabilities by consolidating sources and enabling automated analyses
• Act as the technical lead for product engineering tasks at test and assembly sites, including subcons
• Ensure manufacturability of new Silicon Microphone products through yield and fail pareto analysis
• Analyze root causes for deviations in quality, performance, or cost and manage new product ramp-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• At least 3+ years of product engineering experience
• Proven experience working with digital, mixed-signal, or RF/SOC semiconductor devices
• Deep understanding of IC manufacturing and production flows, including processing, assembly, and production tests
• Hands-on experience with ATE Testing (experience with UFLEX or Verigy 93K is an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
