Staff/Senior Platform Engineer - Cloud Platform

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously develop AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Design and manage microservices deployments with Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate deployment workflows with GitLab CI and Terraform
• Develop and implement monitoring solutions across integration, staging, and production environments
• Collaborate closely with internal application teams to support platform usage
• Evaluate new technologies to improve platform performance and reliability
• Implement security best practices to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Platform or Site Reliability Engineer
• Extensive experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Go
• Strong team player comfortable working in agile environments
