Staff/Senior Engineer, OCT MTE CC

Responsibilities

• Drive global Contamination Control (CC) strategies and programs to achieve best-in-class outcomes and zero customer deviations.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Manufacturing, QRA, and PE to resolve yield, reliability, and cleanroom-related issues.
• Develop and manage CC metrics, KPIs, and best practices to standardize processes across multiple sites.
• Enable capacity expansion by integrating CC into throughput and fab utilization programs while maintaining quality compliance.
• Implement global CC strategies for wafer shipment and cross-site transfers, including carrier strategies and environmental specifications.
• Lead and execute CC projects to reduce process and equipment variation using methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, and SPC.
• Manage and audit material suppliers to ensure they meet quality, cost, and risk objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Wafer Fab environment.
• Fluency in English communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.
