Staff/Principal Software Engineer, Platform

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain core systems enabling the AI product, including gVisor-based runtimes and high-throughput sandbox schedulers
• Integrate or build application frameworks to support a growing engineering organization
• Own and develop the observability stack from instrumentation to presentation
• Harden infrastructure against failures, downtime, and slowdowns
• Plan and implement network infrastructure and cloud strategy
• Integrate tools for AI-driven development across the engineering org
• Identify and drive reliability improvement efforts across all engineering teams

Requirements

• 10+ years in platform, infrastructure, or developer experience engineering
• Deep experience in production infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer experience (observability, CI/CD, application frameworks)
• Proficiency in systems-oriented languages such as Go, Rust, or C++
• Experience designing high-throughput services at scale
• Solid working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure practices
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive organizational clarity
• Based in Stockholm or ready to relocate for an on-site, 5-days-a-week role
