Staff/Principal Semiconductor Device Engineer (FinFET Technologies)

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement semiconductor process technology development and validation projects to enable new product introduction.
• Apply scientific and engineering principles to potential inventions and products.
• Plan and execute applied research projects.
• Maintain substantial knowledge of state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies and device architectures.
• Contribute to scientific literature, conferences, and the development of patent applications.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts to meet product requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in semiconductor process technology development.
• Deep knowledge of device architecture, specifically regarding FinFET technologies.
• Proven track record in executing applied research.
• Strong application of scientific and engineering principles.
