Staffing Strategist

Responsibilities

• Help internal people connect to growth opportunities at WPP Media
• Work with People Partners and Capability leadership to understand employee needs and skillsets
• Support Client Teams by staffing the right people to the right opportunities
• Partner with Capacity Planners and Talent Acquisition to align staff plans with external hires
• Maintain people data including time tracking, rotations, allocations, and utilization
• Identify and implement process improvements for staffing-related operations

Requirements

• Experience in Resource Management or Talent Acquisition
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee development, and talent management
• Proficiency in data management and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate challenging conversations

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity or experience in the Advertising, Creative, or Media industry
