About the role

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer On-Sites to build a culture of accountability
Own the operational health of a strategic account portfolio, including service levels, fill rates, and worker performance
Serve as the senior relationship owner for customers, conducting business reviews and managing escalations
Maintain a strong field presence by visiting sites and supporting teams during peak periods
Build and reinforce consistent on-site playbooks for onboarding, attendance, and incident response
Partner with internal stakeholders to align on account strategy and surface process gaps
Drive growth and wallet expansion opportunities across assigned accounts

Requirements

4+ years of experience in operations, staffing, account management, or field leadership
1–2 years of direct people management experience
Proven track record of leading distributed or field-based teams in high-volume environments
Strong customer-facing communication skills with experience managing site-leader relationships
Data-driven mindset with high proficiency in spreadsheets
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
Willingness to travel and spend significant time working directly in the field
