Staffing Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead mass recruitment programs for Amazon's logistics sites to ensure smooth operational receipt and shipment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive staffing plans aligned with business objectives and capacity planning.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing hiring trends, attrition patterns, and workforce metrics.
• Partner with external staffing vendor managers to optimize site-specific hiring and conversion strategies.
• Lead daily operational excellence through site-specific huddles and issue resolution meetings.
• Mentor and develop Staffing Associates across multiple sites to build high-performing teams.
• Champion direct hiring initiatives, including referral events and community partnerships.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure system accuracy within HRMS and workforce management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of human resources experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions) and Word.
• Fluency in spoken and written Japanese.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for global team collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conducting investigative work, including interviews and data analysis.
• Experience developing corporate policies and supporting documentation.
• Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information.
