Staff Validation Engineer Post Silicon

Responsibilities

• Lead post-silicon validation, silicon bring-up, and high-speed analog/mixed-signal characterization for memory devices.
• Perform component bench validation using de-embedding, high-impedance probing, and noise compensation techniques.
• Support design teams in characterizing critical electrical and timing parameters for high-speed memory.
• Debug and optimize performance through exploratory test approaches and cross-functional collaboration.
• Synthesize experimental results to define subsequent validation experiments and isolate complex issues.
• Develop and validate innovative applications of LLM/AI techniques to analyze large-scale validation datasets.
• Document test methodologies and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in high-speed Analog and Mixed-signal devices.
• Expertise in high-speed interface test equipment, including BERT, Oscilloscopes, and Compliance Software.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for test automation and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of signaling levels, termination architectures, and signal integrity tradeoffs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with advanced signal integrity measurements and applications for design correlation.
• Strong understanding of memory interface architecture, protocols, and standards, specifically DDR5.
