About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Staff Travel operations across calls, emails, and requests
  • Ensure achievement of response, resolution, and quality KPIs
  • Manage and develop the operations team to drive productivity and engagement
  • Oversee accurate handling of duty, compassionate, and other travel requests
  • Own budget accountability, cost control, and financial optimization
  • Coordinate with external travel providers for non-Etihad bookings
  • Monitor KPIs including volume, SLA, backlog, and productivity
  • Implement improvements in workflows and operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to staff travel policies and audit requirements
  • Oversee invoice validation and reconciliation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years in a people leadership role
  • 7–10 years of experience in service operations, contact centre, or shared services
  • Experience in travel operations or airline staff travel preferred
  • Exposure to vendor coordination and basic financial processes
