Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support and high-quality assistance to internal and external customers.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and appropriately.
- Apply company policies and procedures to support customers across a wide range of general services.
- Coordinate complex or specialist enquiries with relevant teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Work closely with supervisors to execute assigned activities and maintain service excellence.
- Monitor major customer complaints and escalate key issues to ensure visibility and follow-up.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams to provide a consistent customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations to minimize operational risk.
- Identify opportunities for service and operational delivery improvements.
Requirements

- Proven ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
