Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex or specialist enquiries with relevant teams to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Work closely with supervisors to execute assigned activities and maintain service excellence.
  • Monitor major customer complaints and escalate key issues to ensure visibility and follow-up.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams to provide a consistent customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations to minimize operational risk.
  • Identify opportunities for service and operational delivery improvements.

Requirements
