Staff Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop best-in-class test programs to support NPI, quality, and capability initiatives
• Support qualification, characterization, and correlation of developed products
• Implement baseline software and hardware solutions to scale organizational capabilities
• Complete quality planning and conduct hardware and software reviews for the test group
• Coordinate with product engineering and operations to enable seamless production ramp and release
• Support production yield and customer return activities to ensure high quality
• Serve as a mentor for less experienced engineers
• Manage 3rd party relationships and collaborate with external technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE)
• Hands-on experience in ATE test development for analog, digital, and mixed-signal engineering
• Experience with ATE platforms such as COHU Diamondx, SPEA DOT800, Advantest V93K, or ETS364
• Proficiency in programming languages including C++, Basic, Perl, or Python
• Experience using standard tools such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Spectrum Analyzers
• Strong debug and troubleshooting skills, including experience with analog products, communication protocols, and memory
• Ability to travel 0-10%
