Staff Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Transfer test solutions from legacy testers to Eagle or Flex testers, including generating test hardware and software
• Analyze test hardware schematics on existing products to provide revenue support
• Drive improvements in test methodology by implementing industry standard best practices and reliability strategies
• Act as a subject matter expert in test software/hardware debugging and mentor junior team members
• Identify yield enhancement opportunities and develop projects to resolve them
• Debug and develop test programs for analog products on Eagle and Flex test systems

Requirements

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or MicroElectronic Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5-10+ years of test engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE)
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and/or SQL
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
• Strong statistical data analysis skills (e.g., Mean, Std. Dev, SPC, CPK, GR&R, ANOVA)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Eagle and Flex test systems (ETS364, Teradyne microFlex, or similar)
• Familiarity with JMP data analytics
• Experience performing transient analysis, spike checks, or deglitching on automated test solutions
