Staff Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate advanced semiconductor devices through testing, measurement, and data analysis
• Collaborate across teams to link device physics and develop test methodologies and algorithms for wafer test and characterization
• Conduct experiments, analyze device data, investigate root-causes, and present findings
• Mentor peers, lead technical reviews, and serve as a subject-matter expert

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in memory, storage, or system-level product, test, or validation engineering
• Strong foundation in semiconductor physics and electrical characterization
• Deep understanding of NAND, DRAM, and emerging memory test methodologies
• Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and parametric systems
• Experience using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems such as Advantest and Teradyne
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and Unix/Linux
• Knowledge of high-speed interface protocols (NAND, DDR, GDDR, HBM)
• Knowledge in serial testing like SCAN, JTAG or other serial protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Background in data analytics
