Staff Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain 3D NAND test solutions including hardware, software, and data analysis
• Develop R&D and MP programs on Advantest T5773, T5831, and in-house platforms
• Perform test equipment bring-up and correlation for new packages
• Create product-specific flows and integrate them to meet HVM requirements
• Conduct R&D activities from pre-silicon to post-silicon, including Design Validation and Failure Analysis
• Investigate and resolve design, process, and packaging issues
• Perform RMA failure mode analysis and improve screen coverage
• Optimize yield and test time through data correlation and analysis
• Collaborate with PE, Device, Packaging, and Design departments and external ATE vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering
• 10 to 15 years of experience in test or software development
• Experience in ATE code development for memory testing
• Proficiency in Java, Bash, Python, C#, and C/C++
• Experience with bench tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Knowledge of software release processes, testing methodology, DFT, and DOE
