Staff Technical Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Source specialized, highly technical candidates, primarily within Data Science and Machine Learning (DSML) niches
• Identify and engage passive talent to build diverse and robust talent pipelines
• Partner closely with Recruiters, Engineering, and Product leadership to understand hiring needs and develop long-term sourcing strategies
• Track pipeline data and provide regular, relevant updates to stakeholders on all supported roles and projects
• Act as an internal and external representative of Etsy, ensuring a professional and efficient interview process
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and other talent teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience recruiting or screening engineering talent
• Proven experience working within high-growth technology companies
• Experience consulting directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Strong passion for sourcing passive talent and mapping out niche markets
• Proficiency with WorkdayRecruit or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
