Staff Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate full product delivery for high-value initiatives across engineering, product, and design
• Align engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ensure technical realities are understood
• Run program governance including weekly reviews and executive status updates
• Build lightweight, durable program infrastructure including roadmaps, milestone tracking, and risk registers
• Drive operational programs such as corporate and tech OKR processes
• Partner with the CTO and technical leadership to support key technical decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management or engineering program management
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment
• Proven track record driving complex cross-functional programs from alpha to GA
• Strong technical foundation (software engineering experience, CS degree, or equivalent exposure to systems design and SDLC)
• Proficiency in using AI tools and LLM-based workflows for program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Experience managing external consulting or nearshore delivery partners
• Experience building OKR and roadmap processes for scaling technical organizations
• Experience supporting Field Delivery or Customer Success teams in B2B SaaS
