Staff Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and critical paths
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, R&D, and Operations
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners
• Oversee the roll-out of technical solutions to the marketplace
• Collaborate with engineering teams to make informed trade-offs and support scalable product development

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience with an emphasis on technical platforms and service tools
• Demonstrated success launching complex digital experiences
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Smartsheet
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies
• Experience with enterprise-level systems (CRM, ERP, or service management platforms)
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
