Staff Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution for firmware programs from planning through release
• Build and maintain integrated project plans covering development, validation, and integration
• Drive milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk escalation
• Establish execution dashboards using JIRA, EasyBI, or SmartSheets
• Prepare management summaries for senior leadership reviews
• Act as the primary interface between Firmware, Validation, Hardware, and Product teams
• Support adoption of Agile/Scrum execution models
• Support budget consolidation, spend tracking, and resource forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management or PMO roles
• Experience supporting firmware, embedded, or systems teams
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA and project tracking tools
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience supporting firmware validation, integration, or release cycles
• Familiarity with build and release tools and firmware execution metrics
