Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program execution for FedRAMP authorization and related regulatory initiatives (NIST 800-53, SOC 2, CJIS).
  • Translate regulatory control frameworks into actionable engineering backlogs and implementation roadmaps.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end evidence lifecycle, partnering with engineering to scale compliance automation.
  • Serve as the primary execution liaison between Engineering teams and compliance stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain reporting cadences to provide executive visibility into program health and risk posture.
  • Engage with engineering leads on architecture decisions related to cloud infrastructure, IAM, and vulnerability management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or engineering execution.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience leading security, compliance, or infrastructure-focused technical programs.
  • Direct ownership of at least one significant compliance initiative (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, SOC 2).
  • Strong familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (IaC, CI/CD, IAM, SIEM/CSPM).
  • Experience coordinating with external compliance assessors (3PAOs, auditors).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with FedRAMP authorization pathways and SSP development.
  • Familiarity with compliance automation and policy-as-code.
  • Experience working in IoT, edge computing, or physical security product environments.
  • Background in SaaS platform delivery, firmware/embedded programs, or AI/ML systems.
