Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex software and firmware from concept through launch and commercialization
- Build and maintain integrated execution plans across core software, data infrastructure, and test readiness
- Translate product and program needs into technical work by partnering with engineering managers and architects
- Plan and manage releases, including scope definition, sequencing validation, and coordinating field deployment
- Drive test and validation planning, run defect triage, and track burndown
- Identify and mitigate program risks and cross-team dependencies
- Partner with engineering leadership to evolve software delivery frameworks and operational processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical leadership, engineering management, or engineering program management
- Extensive experience managing complex programs involving systems architecture, software, cloud, and firmware
- Experience in clean energy or IoT automation sectors preferred
- Proven ability to lead autonomous, large-scale project deliveries
- Strong ability to design operational frameworks for full-stack and embedded IoT systems
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
