Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex software and firmware from concept through launch and commercialization
  • Build and maintain integrated execution plans across core software, data infrastructure, and test readiness
  • Translate product and program needs into technical work by partnering with engineering managers and architects
  • Plan and manage releases, including scope definition, sequencing validation, and coordinating field deployment
  • Drive test and validation planning, run defect triage, and track burndown
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and cross-team dependencies
  • Partner with engineering leadership to evolve software delivery frameworks and operational processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical leadership, engineering management, or engineering program management
  • Extensive experience managing complex programs involving systems architecture, software, cloud, and firmware
  • Experience in clean energy or IoT automation sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to lead autonomous, large-scale project deliveries
  • Strong ability to design operational frameworks for full-stack and embedded IoT systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
