Responsibilities

• Own the entire product delivery and validation cycle from initial concept through commercialization
• Manage technical workstreams across systems architecture, electrical engineering, firmware, and software
• Develop and enforce the Product Development Process (PDP) and best practices for validation
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies affecting technical and business outcomes
• Facilitate technical and strategic decisions between engineering and executive stakeholders
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for other program managers and engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience focused on hardware product development
• Experience managing complex programs involving systems architecture, electrical engineering, and firmware/software
• Deep expertise in the Product Development Process (PDP)
• Systems-level generalist mindset with ability to influence technical leaders
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
• Ability to lead autonomously in ambiguous environments
