Staff Technical Program Manager

About the Company

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company that owns and operates each layer of the stack to power ambitious AI workloads. They build and operate GPU infrastructure powered by clean energy, providing a sustainable AI cloud through data center design, IaaS products, and managed inference.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, including multi-quarter release planning and dependency governance
• Drive complex programs such as model version rollouts, inference optimization, and SLA readiness for new GPU hardware
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Model Engineering, IaaS, Cloud Foundations, and Data Center Operations
• Identify and surface risks regarding model serving, reliability, and capacity constraints
• Build scalable TPM frameworks and real-time execution dashboards
• Lead Phase 0 planning for model onboarding on new GPU generations, including stack validation

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments
• Working familiarity with LLM inference, batching strategies, quantization, and production scale tradeoffs
• Experience with multi-tenant systems, isolation, and SLA enforcement
• Familiarity with fine-tuning and alignment workflows
• Proven ability to build execution models in low-structure environments
• Exceptional executive communication skills
• Active, daily use of AI tools to improve program execution

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience building platforms for AI inference or training
• Experience governing model onboarding across GPU generations (firmware, drivers, stack validation)
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior TPMs
• Background at a high-growth Series D-F company or a hyperscaler focused on AI infrastructure
