Staff Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital workshop operations platforms
• Lead early-stage definition and execution of Dealer Management System (DMS) integrations
• Champion an API-first, data-driven approach to service operations
• Oversee the design, development, and troubleshooting of integrations between third-party DMS and internal digital products
• Partner with DMS providers to define technical integration approaches and data connections
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Retail Operations, and IT to integrate service orders, warranty data, and parts information
• Define KPIs related to workshop operations performance, including throughput and data accuracy

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on technical platforms or system integrations
• Proven success delivering DMS integrations, service operations tools, or workshop management systems
• Strong understanding of distributed system architecture, APIs, and cloud-based platforms
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and structured data exchange (JSON, XML)
• Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive aftersales, workshop operations, or DMS experience
• MBA or advanced technical degree
• Experience working directly with external technology vendors
