Staff Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Recall & Campaign Management system
• Lead the 0–1 development of the recall platform ahead of Start of Operations
• Define a centralized recall orchestration model connecting upstream systems with internal platforms
• Solve complex problems involving variable factors across systems, regulations, and service operations
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through delivery
• Partner with Software Engineering and UX teams to design scalable and secure solutions
• Define KPIs for recall performance, including completion rates and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on technical platforms or system integrations
• Proven success delivering complex, cross-system platforms with external dependencies
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and data integration patterns
• Experience with system-to-system integrations and data ingestion pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with recall management, campaign systems, warranty, or aftersales operations
• MBA or an advanced technical degree
