Staff Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with customers and executives to understand their needs
• Prototype and rapidly iterate on product ideas
• Own high-leverage product areas with significant autonomy
• Shape AI platform strategy in collaboration with the CTO and AI team
• Establish product standards for discovery, specs, and experimentation
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership
• Solve strategically critical, technically complex, and ambiguous problems

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including Staff or Principal level scope
• Deep experience with AI/ML platforms or developer-facing products
• Proven ability to operate at a systems/platform level
• Strong understanding of LLM operational complexity, including eval frameworks and prompt architecture
• Ability to synthesize customer discovery into strategic narratives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning AI-native products through multiple iterations
• Ability to use AI tools fluently for prototyping and validation
