Staff Tech Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stable platforms for iFood Pago, working with Anti-fraud, AML (PLD), Credit, and Card products
• Participate in technical discussions, facilitating communication between different areas and teams
• Support the evolution of Product Managers within the tribe, promoting knowledge exchange and best practices
• Build a future vision for platforms, aligning with legal and accounting areas
• Write stories for developers and define project scopes to ensure value delivery
• Perform field work to understand the experience of delivery drivers and apply insights to solution development

Requirements

• Negotiation and communication skills with an ownership mindset
• Familiarity with technical products or those focused on metrics and security
• Experience using artificial intelligence to increase productivity and work scale
• Ability to handle a dynamic environment similar to a startup mindset
• Broad knowledge of iFood, especially in platform communication scenarios
