Staff Tech, Mfg/Ops

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment within the press area
• Perform corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity
• Implement technical improvements to machinery and equipment to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in maintenance roles
• Advanced ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control diagrams
• Basic knowledge of maintenance management systems
• Strong root cause analysis skills for effective problem-solving
• Experience with press machinery is preferred
