Staff, Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Own full sourcing strategy and execution for complex semiconductor R&D roles, including GPU, SoC, and system-level engineering teams
• Leverage advanced techniques such as Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence to identify passive candidates
• Develop targeted outreach strategies and compelling messaging to engage senior technical talent
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches and share real-time market insights
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines while tracking sourcing metrics to optimize channel effectiveness

Requirements

• 6+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting semiconductor R&D, hardware engineering, or related technical roles
• Proven experience sourcing for GPU, SoC, Architecture, RTL, Design Verification, or Physical Design functions
• Advanced expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools
• Strong understanding of semiconductor talent landscapes and key competitors
