Staff Tactical Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day pricing, quotation, sampling, and system setup activities to support AI customers
• Support all quoting activities and analysis, focusing on margin and historical data
• Prepare Design In (DIN) approval requests and perform DIN margin analysis
• Maintain Quarterly Price Books and Master Price Program (MPP) to ensure data integrity
• Manage product samples, including order maintenance, priorities, and customer queries
• Act as a primary support point for Sales and internal teams regarding commercial execution
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely information flow and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Tactical Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Product Marketing
• Experience within the semiconductor industry
• Extensive knowledge of pricing concepts, margin analysis, and sample/quote processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and reporting
• Experience or exposure to systems such as Model-N, SAP, or other pricing tools
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools in a professional capacity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
