Staff Systems Test Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build manufacturing test solutions for advanced AI systems
• Develop test software and create manufacturing test content
• Improve test infrastructure across server modules, blades, and rack scale systems
• Influence manufacturing test strategy and improve production quality through data
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software engineers to solve complex technical challenges

Requirements

• Experience developing manufacturing test solutions for high-performance servers or accelerators
• Strong technical leadership as an individual contributor
• Deep understanding of silicon, board, and system design
• Hands-on experience with Linux and OpenBMC
• Proficiency in scripting or automation using Python or Bash
• Ability to lead complex root cause investigations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with rack-scale or multi-node systems and high-speed interconnects
• Experience optimizing manufacturing yield, test time, and false fail rates
• Knowledge of open-source tools for manufacturing test and system bring-up
• Experience designing testability features like telemetry or debug interfaces
