About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Support Engineering's escalation management and drive structural corrections to prevent repeat incidents
  • Serve as the senior cross-functional liaison between Support Engineering and Product, Engineering, Security, and Revenue
  • Lead AI-assisted tool development and set team standards for code quality and review practices
  • Identify and lead team initiatives, ensuring AI adoption objectives are reflected in roadmaps
  • Mentor Support Engineers at all levels to develop the next generation of technical leads
  • Define and evolve operational practices including escalation workflows and AI-integrated processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical product support or engineering experience
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional escalations
  • Strong programming proficiency in one or more languages
  • High understanding of distributed service architecture and AI-powered component integration
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to align decisions to company OKRs
  • Experience mentoring engineers and building team capability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD automation in a technical leadership capacity
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and LLM-based code diagnostics
  • Advanced knowledge of Docker, Linux containers, and Kubernetes
  • Expertise automating IaaS platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience debugging distributed systems and microservices architectures
  • Knowledge of iOS application testing and deployment processes
