Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end supply chain execution plan for launch and scale up
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Managers, Supplier Industrialization Engineers, Material Planners, and Logistics Managers
  • Lead special projects regarding Global Tariff Planning and Tax Credit strategies to optimize Total Cost of Ownership
  • Design and execute complex supply/demand scenarios to identify bottlenecks in raw materials or CAPEX
  • Develop comprehensive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for make vs. buy decisions
  • Establish and enforce best practices for supply chain readiness within the Product Development Process (PDP)
  • Leverage AI and LLM tools to automate supply chain workflows and logic
  • Facilitate technical and strategic decisions between engineering and executive stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Engineering, Finance, or Manufacturing Operations in a high-growth hardware environment
  • Proven ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and international trade policy
  • Technical fluency to influence Engineering partners through data-driven analysis
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Proficient knowledge of technical requirements and manufacturing processes of energy products
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-intensity, ambiguous environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or an applicable field
