Responsibilities

• Operationalize research questions into robust analytic frameworks and deliverables
• Apply statistical methods to analyze survey data, health records, and administrative data
• Prepare research materials, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Support project teams with study design and statistical method application
• Mentor data analysts through code reviews and technical training
• Engage with stakeholders to understand client needs, business processes, and program policy

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in statistics or a related field
• 2+ years of applied research experience with statistical sampling and modeling
• Strong familiarity with probability, regression modeling, and statistical sampling
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Ability to pass a background investigation (SF-85)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in professional research consulting
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning methods
• Knowledge of healthcare data, Medicare policy, or CMS data
