About the role
Responsibilities
- Own Stage test campaigns end-to-end including test plans, execution at Stennis, and hotfire test console operations
- Drive systems integration through requirements decomposition and verification activities
- Lead risk adjudication and mitigation planning for qualification and acceptance campaigns
- Perform subsystem troubleshooting, partner investigations, and engine analysis/simulation
- Travel to test and launch sites with flexibility for shifted schedules and weekend work
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Technical aptitude in Mechanical, Fluids, and Electrical engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree in engineering or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of complex aerospace systems
- Leadership or coordination experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects
