Staff Specialist Rewards & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage company-wide salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefit packages
• Analyze market data to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings
• Develop and update HR policies related to pay and benefits
• Provide expert advice on compensation matters to managers and HR team members
• Oversee the administration of employee benefit claims and inquiries
• Create and deliver presentations on compensation and benefits to various audiences
• Collaborate with other departments to implement HR initiatives and projects
• Monitor costs and suggest improvements to increase efficiency in HR programs
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
• Participate in industry groups to stay current on HR trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on compensation and benefits
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience with HR management systems is a plus
